Job Description
SES Water is seeking a Performance Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence within the Production function. You will lead improvement initiatives, strengthen governance and provide specialist support to deliver safe, reliable and efficient operations.
You will collaborate with Production Managers, Maintenance, Finance, Water Quality and Capital Delivery to boost productivity, planning and financial performance while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
