Irish Water is seeking a Water Treatment Operations Team Lead to guide a team of operators, ensure optimal water quality and compliance within budget constraints. The role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven problem solving, and experience in water/wastewater environments.

You will coordinate with operators, senior colleagues, and planning teams to optimise performance, deliver maintenance plans and implement process improvements while participating in on-call duties as needed.
