Water Quality Sampler

Job Advert Job Title: Water Quality Sampler Salary: £26,112.00 pro rata Hours: 30 hrs per week plus available weekend overtime Location: Walsall At South Staffs Water we pride ourselves on the quality of our drinking water and the customer service we provide.

To maintain our high standards, it is vital we can demonstrate the quality of the water we supply.

With Water Quality high on our list of priorities, we have an opportunity for a Water Quality Customer Sampler.

This role is lone working and will operate in all weathers.

About the role

Taking water samples from Company treatment works, reservoirs and customer properties.

Performing on site chlorine analysis.

Registering samples into the laboratory system Accurately recording results and undertaking quality control checks.

Adherence to strict quality control procedures, accurate record keeping.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills A good knowledge of being able to perform various tasks using computer-based information systems.

A full valid driving license is essential, and a Company vehicle will be provided.

GCSE standard (or equivalent) with experience in a related area would prove advantageous.
