Water Quality Associate Director: Lead Projects & Mentorship

WSP is seeking an Associate Director/Technical Director to lead water quality projects within our Catchment Science team in the UK. You will drive technical delivery, manage projects end-to-end, and mentor junior staff while contributing to business development and bid opportunities.

You will collaborate across disciplines, develop training initiatives, and ensure high-quality client deliverables with clear data interpretation.
