Job Title: Water Hygiene / Remedial Engineer
Location: Tamworth, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £37k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a well-established Hygiene / Legionella outfit, who are growing their coverage within the Midlands. They are seeking a Water Hygiene / Remedial Engineer who can undertake ACOP L8 monitoring and remedial duties across a variation of client sites. This role would suit a candidate who has a robust skillset and ability to adapt to changing client requirements. • Must have worked within a Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit as a Water Hygiene / Remedial Engineer
• It is preferred that candidates will hold the NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
• Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Ideally you will hold City & Guilds backed training
• Able to work across a range of client sites
• Good literacy and IT skills

• Showerhead descales
• CWST inspections, cleans and disinfections
• Water sampling
• Temperature monitoring
• TMV servicing and installations
• Pipework modifications and adjustments
• Deadleg removals
• Basic flushing on little used outlets
• Completing regular service reports
• Adhering to agreed deadlines
