Water Engineering Associate Director: Growth & Delivery

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an Associate Director to lead and develop the Water engineering capability, influencing technical delivery, bid work and client relationships. You will operate across water infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects and help shape future growth.

The role offers £70,000-£90,000 with a performance bonus and can be based in Birmingham with occasional attendance in Coventry. Chartered status would be strongly advantageous.
