Job Description

As a Waste Operative , you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation. Working as part of a professional team, your duties will include:

• Collecting bulky waste, litter and recyclable items from our communities and ensuring they're disposed of responsibly.


• Keeping communal areas clean, tidy and welcoming for customers and visitors.


• Jet washing communal pathways, bin stores and other shared spaces.


• Working across our communities, providing a reliable service while treating customers, residents, and members of the public with respect.


• Taking pride in helping to create places where people love living.

Requirements:

• Safety boots


• Holds a full UK driving licence with the appropriate categories for the vehicles you'll be driving (essential). Is confident driving larger wheelbase vehicles. Enjoys working outdoors and is comfortable carrying out physical work in all weather conditions. Takes pride in delivering a great service and putting customers first. Communicates positively and respectfully with colleagues, customers and members of the public. Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others to achieve shared goals.
