Waste Collections & Transport Lead

Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Waste Collections to oversee day-to-day service delivery and ensure safety, efficiency and compliance with standards. You will coordinate resources with managers and frontline teams, resolve issues swiftly and support consistent performance across a fast-paced frontline environment.

The successful candidate will have a background in operations management within waste/transport, strong organisation and communication skills, and the
