We are currently recruiting for a Washroom Operative / Relief Driver to join a busy site based in Yate.

Full UK driving licence (essential min 2 years held)

Hours

• Mon-Friday: 14:00 - 22.00

The Role

Operating Industrial Washing Machines

• Load and operate specialist washing machines designed for protective gear
• Select correct wash cycles (temperature, detergents, decontamination settings)
• Avoid damaging protective layers (e.g. thermal liners, waterproof barriers)
• Use approved detergents and cleaning agents for toxic residues
• Follow strict protocols to remove carcinogens (like soot and smoke particles)
• Ensure cross-contamination is avoided (separating dirty/clean zones)
• Relief driving when needed

Requirements

• Good attention to detail
• Manual handling experience
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping
• Flexible approach to tasks and working hours
• Full UK manual driving licence - up to 6 point for minor offences

Desirable

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Forklift licence (training provided if required)
