Paneltex is a world-leading manufacturer of temperature-controlled commercial vehicle bodies and cold storage solutions. As part of the Reefer Group, we're growing our team and looking for a Warranty & Service Co-ordinator to help deliver the outstanding customer service our customers expect.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of our service operation - managing customer requests, coordinating repairs, arranging parts and keeping customers updated every step of the way.

What you'll be doing

• Managing service and warranty requests by phone and email.
• Coordinating repair visits with internal teams and external service partners.
• Scheduling jobs and keeping service records, vehicle histories and job sheets accurate .
• Sourcing and arranging delivery of spare parts ahead of service visits.
• Keeping customers informed and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitoring the service inbox and prioritising urgent call-outs .
• Recording accurate data and identifying recurring issues to help improve our products and service.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone organised, proactive and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm and effective when things get busy. You'll need a strong eye for detail, good problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions and get things moving.
