Job Description

Warranty Administrator required for our Automotive Client based in Caerphilly.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and current earnings.
20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.

Working Hours

40 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

Producing claims for work covered by warranty by submission to the manufacturer.
Maintaining strong working relationships with customers, dealerships and manufacturers.
Following up on warranty issues.
Answering warranty related queries.

Requirements

Previous working experience within a Warranty Administrator role.
Experience of DMS.
Strong warranty administration background, or have worked within service administration/workshop control.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Eye for detail.
