Warehouse Team Leader: Retail Ops & Customer Experience

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to drive customer experience across our stores by leading warehouse operations and supporting the management team. You will unload deliveries, manage stock control, and coach staff in a busy retail environment.

You will also work on shop floor and assist with stock processes, with opportunities to gain broader skills and experience. Strong planning, teamwork and a can-do attitude are essential.
