Warehouse Team Leader Days

Our Days Team Leaders experience just that! By collaborating closely with our day shift team, you will engage directly in maintaining the smooth functioning of our operations.

• Salary: £30,327.57 per annum
• Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off (rotational shift pattern)
• Start/Finish time: 6.00am - 6.00pm

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

You will:

• Monitor the quality of work that our operatives carry out and manage performance.
• Ensure products are handled correctly and in line with manual handling guidelines.
• Complete investigations and rectify any possible discrepancies.
• Take responsibility for administration duties, where needed.
• Provide support with HR functions such as disciplinary meetings fairly and consistently.
• Be responsible for the site's cleanliness and maintenance.
• Keep track of your team's performance and be able to offer upskilling opportunities.

A Few Things About You

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and systems.

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Ability to lead and motivate teams while managing fluctuating workloads.

Confident decision making skills with a fair and consistent approach.

Proficiency in PC use, including WMS and Microsoft Office.

Comfortable working under pressure and meeting KPIs such as damage and non picks.
