Warehouse Team Lead - Lead Ops, Five Weeks Leave, Bonus

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, warehouse experience, and a proactive approach to maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Organize and oversee order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch processes.
• Load/unload trucks and accurately complete all associated paperwork.
• Perform quality checks, stock-taking, and cycle counting as required.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the warehouse and yard.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols at all times.
• Manage yard operations, including trailer movement and traffic management.
• Train, motivate, and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives.

Skills & Requirements

• Transport is essential due to the location of the role.
• Counterbalance operator's license (VNA machine experience is an advantage).
• Experience with Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of computerized systems (MS Office/Excel).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proven experience in a warehouse environment with team leadership responsibilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with good communication skills.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (shift times vary between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM). Flexibility and additional hours may be required.
