ROLE SUMMARY

Direct Supervision of Warehouse Staff

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities and duties

• Ensure all Warehouse Staff are in full uniform.
• Ensure the time management of warehouse deadlines
• Ensure accuracy of scanning and loading activities
• Ensure on-time AM arrival and PM departure of Linehaul
• Monitor on-route performance
• Conduct one-to-one meetings
• Data analysis and review of staff
• Ensure warehouse compliance with service and SOP standards
• Ensure regular one to one meetings with staff
• Performance management
• Compete PD with designated staff

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years previous Management/Supervisory experience in transport / logistics industry
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience of Microsoft packages (word , excel ,powerpoint)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Results Oriented
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Strong problem solving skills
• Customer orientation and relationship building skills
• Attention to detail
• Full clean driving licence
