Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a high-caliber Warehouse Supervisor to command the daily operations of our print marketing fulfilment center. This role requires a leader who does more than just oversee - you will be expected to drive maximum productivity, enforce rigorous quality standards, and ensure every campaign meets its deadline without exception.

You will be directly accountable for operational performance, ensuring that our warehouse functions as a high-efficiency engine that upholds the reputation of our organization. In this role, you will be managing the Point of Sale Materials that are stored in the warehouse for our Grocery Retail client.

This role requires you to be onsite at the warehouse in Nass 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high levels of client satisfaction by enforcing strict protocols for receiving, identifying, and auditing the quality of all printed materials
• Maintain a lean, organized, and high-performing storage environment. You are responsible for ensuring that inventory is not just "stored," but strategically managed for rapid-fire fulfilment
• Guarantee 100% precision in "pick and pack" and shipping transactions
• Set clear KPIs and measure the effectiveness of warehousing activities and staff performance
• Communicate clear job expectations, provide decisive coaching, and hold staff accountable to the highest professional standards
• Assertively manage staffing levels and workload assignments to stay ahead of tight deadlines and high-volume surges
• Act as the primary point of contact for Client Services and warehouse teams, providing authoritative updates on inventory status and resolving logistics bottlenecks
• Own the maintenance of all records; use data-driven reporting to project warehouse capacity and pre-empt potential issues
• Proactively identify operational weaknesses and implement refined, innovative workflows to modernize our handling of marketing assets

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Substantial experience as a Warehouse Supervisor with a track record of running tight, disciplined operations
• Exceptional supervisory techniques with the ability to lead under pressure and make high-stakes decisions
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced MS Office skills (Excel) to drive data-led decisions
• Sharp ability to analyze operational data to eliminate waste and optimize flow
• A meticulous eye for detail; you understand that the warehouse is the final gatekeeper of our brand quality
• Strong, assertive interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between the warehouse floor and the client services teams
• Elite organizational and time management skills with the capacity to dominate multiple complex client campaigns at once
