Overview 
Fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a thriving Food Retail Services / FMCG company (Fantastic company, with multi billion turnover).

This role will be based in Belfast (Boucher).

Key Responsibilities- Plan, organise, and manage daily warehouse operations in line with short- and medium-term plans to ensure all targets are achieved.
- Monitor KPIs and manage daily operational performance, including labour and budget control.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure operational targets are met.
- Liaise closely with stock control and administration teams to support customer and supplier requirements.
- Maintain clear and effective communication across the supply chain, including email, calls, and meetings.
- Provide operational support across the warehouse as required.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service and product quality.
- Monitor, investigate, and reduce customer complaints and claims through corrective actions.
- Maintain service levels during peak and seasonal periods.
- Motivate and support team members to achieve targets and deadlines.
- Communicate company updates and gather team feedback.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
- Ensure all employees are trained, competent, and performance-managed effectively.
- Conduct investigations and disciplinary processes in line with company policy.
- Set objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Complete performance reviews and support individual development plans.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure team compliance.
- Minimum 12 months' experience managing a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused warehouse environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to company values.
- Experience in retail or foodservice distribution.
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
