Apply today!# Job Details # Warehouse Supervisor Salary: £33,253.08 per annum Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, rotating weekly shifts: 06:00 - 14 00 - 22:00 About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of a busy pick and pack operation. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Warehouse Operatives, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed service, quality, and regulatory standards.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with a strong warehouse background who is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and service targets are consistently achieved. Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies at all times. Deputise for the Assistant Manager or Shift Manager during periods of absence. Ensure all dispatched orders are accurate and accompanied by the correct documentation. Maintain cold-chain compliance and ensure all activities meet GDP, GMP, MHRA, and company standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations. Monitor operational performance, investigate errors, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Ensure all team members are appropriately trained, competent, and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support the ongoing development of warehouse staff through coaching, training, and performance management. Conduct performance reviews, annual appraisals, return-to-work interviews, and disciplinary meetings in line with company procedures. Manage resource planning to meet operational, financial, and customer requirements. Deliver regular team briefings and maintain effective communication across all departments. Monitor standards of housekeeping, appearance, and uniform compliance. Ensure accidents, incidents, and near misses are reported promptly and appropriately. Maintain accurate completion of operational planning and productivity reporting. Role model company values and guiding principles at all times.
