Asthe Warehouse Supervisor at Taiko Foods, you will play a criticalrole in overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensureefficient and effective processes. You will be responsible formanaging the warehouse team, ensuring safety compliance, optimisinginventory, and overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping ofproducts.

• Oversee all warehouseoperations, including supervising staff, ensuring tasks arecompleted accurately and on time, and managing training, absences,and adherence to company procedures.
• Ensure thecorrect materials, packaging, and labels are picked and transferredto production in the right quantities, reporting any quality issuesor discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accuraterecords and reports, monitor traceability through Navision, andensure all warehouse paperwork is completed correctly; assist withstocktakes and invoice checks as required.
• Keepall warehouse areas, including the picking room, vegetable chiller,and fish freezer, clean and organised, and ensure proper goods-inprocedures are followed.
• Support the Purchasingand Warehouse Manager by handling stock transfers, supervisingforklift checks in their absence, conducting staff re-training, andcompleting any ad-hoc tasks as requested.
