Job Description

We are recruiting a Warehouse Manager to lead night shift operations for a high-growth, technology-led logistics business operating large-scale, high-volume warehouse environments in the London (Uxbridge) area.

This night shift Warehouse Manager role (21:00-06:00) offers full operational ownership, leading a large warehouse team and reporting directly into the Site Manager.

The successful Warehouse Manager will be highly data-driven, commercially aware and able to clearly demonstrate measurable improvements in service, productivity and performance. This role is ideal for a Warehouse Manager from an Amazon-style or similarly fast-paced logistics environment. Job Details

• Lead night shift warehouse operations (21.00-06.00)
• Manage pick & pack operations using hand-held scanners
• Drive performance through data, metrics and KPIs
• Report operational performance directly into the Site Manager

Experience

• Experience as a Warehouse Manager or Night Shift Manager
• Background in high-volume logistics, distribution or e-commerce
• Managed up to 50 warehouse operatives on shift
• Proven examples of delivering measurable service or efficiency improvements
