Warehouse SAP Administrator - temporary until September 2025

£12.50 per hour

Do you have SAP experience?

• Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently, managing orders based on priority
• Coordinate the booking, loading and unloading of carriers.
• Handle all equipment and spare part returns, carrying out the required processing of such returns, including minor cosmetic repairs to some equipment
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor to continually seek to optimize operational efficiency concerning stock holding (inventory), order flow process and carrier efficiency.
• Maintain accurate location, identification, and access to materials
• Check accuracy and efficiency of order delivery.
• Reconcile any discrepancies in shipping or inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed to accomplish assigned tasks and company goals
• Maintain the cleanliness of the plant and ensure QSHE standards and procedures are upheld at all times
• To have open communication with Warehouse Supervisor regarding all aspects of Shipping, returns, projects.

To be considered for this role you must the following criteria:

• SAP experience - essential
• Goods in/Goods out experience
• Be able to start immediately and commit until September 2025

Hours Monday to Friday 37.5 hours. Monday to Friday 9-5 OR 8-4

£12.50 per hour
