Warehouse Operative - Hoofddorp, Netherlands

Salary: Starting from €26,000 (based on experience)

Location: Hoofddorp, near Schiphol Airport

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

I am working with a leading company in the professional video and broadcast industry to find a diligent Warehouse Operative for their Netherlands distribution centre. This is a hands-on role within a small, busy warehouse team, ensuring the accurate and timely movement of goods to customers across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods vehicles, ensuring safe handling practices.
• Accurately inspect and scan deliveries, stowing stock in correct locations.
• Timely picking and consistent packing of orders, labelling shipments properly.
• Complete associated paperwork and administration tasks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and work to high safety standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiar with safe manual handling and typical warehouse equipment (pallet trucks, forklifts).
• Flexi Narrow Aisle forklift qualification is ideal, but not essential.
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Eligible to live and work in the Netherlands.
