Warehouse Operatives

Simple Recruitment are looking for Warehouse Operatives to work on a temp to perm basis with our client in Chippenham.

Working hours

Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm, including a 30 minute unpaid break (42.5 hours per week).

The Job

Working for one of the largest independent warehousing and distribution companies in the South-West you will:

• Take part in the day-to-day operation of our warehouses and storage facilities
• Take delivery of goods for storage
• Check for damaged or missing items
• Move stock by hand or with machines
• Load / unload trailers either for deliveries or collections
• Clean the warehouse

About You

• Proven experience in a warehouse setting
• Able to work as part of a team and alone
• Capability to report correct information to colleagues
• You will thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift licenses: Counterbalance a necessity (in-house certificates accepted)
