About the Role

This is a Level 2 apprenticeship opportunity, combining hands on warehouse experience with structured training and development.

As a Warehouse Operative Apprentice at ASM, you'll gain practical experience as part of our Logistics and Warehouse team, developing the skills needed to build a successful career in operations.

You'll support day to day warehouse activities while learning how to work efficiently, safely, and accurately in a fast paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Processing inbound goods and storing them correctly
• Picking and preparing stock for customer orders
• Packing and dispatching goods for transportation
• Using courier systems and completing relevant documentation
• Supporting stock checks to maintain accuracy
• Assisting with warehouse organisation, housekeeping, and product rotation
• Learning and contributing to process improvements within the team
• Working towards achieving warehouse performance targets
