Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established and growing company in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and teamwork

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving deliveries and checking goods against purchase orders.
  
  
• Inspecting products for damage or shortages.
  
  
• Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations.
  
  
• Updating stock movements using the warehouse management system.
  
  
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately.
  
  
• Replenishing stock to warehouse and production areas.
  
  
• Carrying out regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  
  
• Processing customer returns.
  
  
• Applying product labels where required.
  
  
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to unload deliveries and move stock safely.
  
  
• Completing daily forklift safety checks.
  
  
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
  
  
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
  
  
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential).
  
  
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use warehouse systems.
  
  
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to support other areas of the business when required.
