Job Description

KPI Recruiting are delighted to be recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client based in the Winsford (CW7) area. This is a fantastic Temp-to-Perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering stable Monday-to-Friday daytime hours and excellent long-term career prospects.

In this role, you will be handling order fulfillment. Because the items are either small or transported on wheels, heavy lifting is not a major factor for this position, making it an excellent environment for individuals focused on accuracy and pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Picking and packing customer orders efficiently and accurately.

• Scanning: Utilizing handheld barcode scanners to track inventory and manage stock locations.

• Stock Movement: Safely moving items around the warehouse (most heavy items are conveniently on wheels for easy transport).

• Quality Control: Ensuring all packed orders meet quality standards before dispatch.

• Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to commit to a full-time Monday to Friday routine (07:00 - 16:30).

• Good attention to detail when picking items and reading order sheets/scanners.

• A reliable and punctual work ethic with a desire to secure a permanent role.

• Ability to work well as part of a busy team.
