Warehouse Operative

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for the full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Wellingborough for our customer, the largest coffee shop chain in the UK, Costa Coffee.

You will be working on a shift pattern of Any 5 from 7 with the hours of 15:00 - 23:00.

• Hourly rate of £13.08 (plus £2.33 for the hours worked at freezer and £1.19 for driving FLT)
• Overtimepaid at time and a half

• Pick, load and unload products safely and accurately
• Tip and process outside suppliers as well as manage backhauls
• Input data using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Use MHE equipment that you have been trained on

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team and on your own when required
• Great attention to detail and high standards of English and Maths
• Previous experience working in a warehouse is desirable
