Warehouse Operative

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking to join a fast-paced, supportive team where your skills are truly valued?

We're seeking a Skilled Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Langar (14 miles outside of Grantham) on a temporary to permanent basis.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 10am-6.30pm and 8.30am-4.30pm on Fridays!

Own transport is essential due to the location of work.

What You'll Do:

• Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch goods to high standards
• Maintain stock accuracy and manage inventory using warehouse systems
• Load and unload vehicles safely
• Van driving when required
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and H&S compliant

What We're Looking For:

• Proven warehouse experience
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and move heavy goods
• Great attention to detail and time management
• A team player with a strong work ethic
• UK Driving Licence
