Warehouse Operative

We are currently looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Pickers and Packers to join our team on an immediate-start basis. This is light warehouse work involving the picking and packing of bulbs, plants, seeds, and other plant-related goods.

• Picking and packing bulbs, plants, seeds, and other horticultural products accurately.
• Preparing orders for dispatch in a timely manner.
• Handling goods carefully to maintain product quality.
• Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe.
• Working to daily picking targets and quality standards.

• Light warehouse work (no heavy lifting)
• Immediate start

• Must be physically fit to be able to perform the role that requires standing for long periods
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and meet picking targets

• Long term ongoing

Hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday - Friday, 30 minute breaks

Salary: £12.21 p/h

Picking bonus awarded for high performance.
