About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy warehouse and distribution company, for Warehouse Operatives / Container Off-Loaders to assist with unloading containers and general warehouse duties.

This is ad-hoc work based on container arrivals, meaning shifts may vary week to week. This role is ideal for candidates looking for flexible work on odd days.

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading containers of boxed goods
• Manual handling of products and stock
• Stacking and organising goods within the warehouse
• Assisting with general warehouse tasks when required
• Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good teamwork skills
• Previous warehouse or container unloading experience is beneficial but not essential
