Salary: Negotiable salary

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, Warehouse Office Administrator. The candidate is required to be fully flexible with availability.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that all Goods In and Goods Out including customer collections and customer deliveries are accurately and efficiently coordinated and recorded.

Responsibilities / Key Objectives
  • Accurate and timely completion of all relevant documentation
  • Prepare Customer collections in the warehouse and allocated to all Stores
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Label Preparation for all outgoing product Follow up on Staff queries
  • Assist in Duties assigned to Office Lead personnel
  • Cover Office Lead Role as required
  • Issuing picks
  • Unpicked identification to warehouse supervisor
Knowledge
  • Educated to Leaving Certificate Standard with an emphasis on Administration, Numeracy and Literacy skills
  • Have some knowledge of a working warehouse.
  • Offer customers superior customer service
  • Have the ability to multi task and problem solve in a timely fashion in a very busy office
  • Be proficient in Word and Excel, with typing skills of approx. 40wpm
