Location: Park West, Dublin
Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Working Pattern: On-site, with some flexibility if required

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join an expanding business based in Park West, Dublin.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong warehouse management experience and is looking to take ownership of a busy operation, managing day-to-day warehouse activity, stock accuracy, process improvements and a small team.

The role would suit someone who has previously worked in a warehouse environment handling technical, high-value or sensitive stock, such as IT equipment, electronics, POS systems, telecoms, components or similar.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including goods in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
• Manage a warehouse team of around 7 staff initially
• Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes and investigation of variances
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP systems
• Drive improvements across warehouse processes, SOPs and overall workflow
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained across the warehouse
• Manage MHE safety, risk assessments, incidents and compliance requirements
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers, transport providers and internal teams
• Support service levels, OTIF delivery, turnaround times and customer requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and support business growth

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor or similar
• Experience managing a small warehouse team
• Strong background in stock control, inventory accuracy and warehouse systems
• Previous experience with technical, high-value or sensitive stock would be highly desirable
• Good understanding of WMS/ERP systems
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Confident communicator with good people management skills
• Able to improve processes and support a growing operation

Package

• Salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum DOE
• Monday to Friday working hours
• 9:00am - 5:00pm
• On-site role based in Park West, Dublin
