Location: Ravensthorpe

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Hours: Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 06:00am

Salary: £33,000 to £38,000

About the Opportunity

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a growing and dynamic business for an experienced Warehouse Manager.

You'll take ownership of warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, safety and customer service.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead the day to day warehouse operation and be responsible for managing Team Leaders, Operatives and Stock Control.

You'll work cross functionally with internal teams to ensure operations are aligned with business goals, continuously improving processes while delivering against customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all warehouse operations to maximise efficiency and output
  • Monitor and deliver against key operational KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, productivity and performance
  • Oversee picking, packing and dispatch to ensure accuracy and high quality standards
  • Investigate errors and implement corrective actions and training
  • Ensure timely stock replenishment to support smooth order fulfilment
  • Coordinate vehicle loading to meet delivery schedules
  • Work closely with Quality teams to reduce damage and improve standards
  • Promote and enforce health & safety best practice across the operation
  • Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve high performance
  • Conduct 1 1s, performance reviews and development planning
  • Foster a positive culture focused on collaboration, innovation and accountability
  • Minimise waste and control operational costs
  • Ensure a clean, organised and efficient working environment
About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a hands on leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse Management or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, processes and best practice
  • Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capability
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Good numerical and reporting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
