Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the client warehouse/yard setup in the Port of Leba
• Coordinate the PPE, lifting equipment and tool storage
• Manage the issue of return of equipment to internal personnel and external contractors
• Manage and coordinate maintenance and certification of equipment
• Prepare tools and cargo in cooperation with site technicians
• Loading/unloading of CTVs via shoreside crane
• Receiving and sending stores/cargo
• Warehouse management including stock keeping
• Manage and coordinate document control of equipment certification and upload of documents to the document management systems
• Coordinate and schedule port facility sharing on a daily basis for site team/visitors
• Maintain yard security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the port facility
• Welcome visitors, including site induction and helping them to utilise the port facilities
• Inform client team about external visitors in client port
• Support with organising parking spots for employees and guests

Requirements

• Polish right to work essential
• Slinger/Banksman certification
• Valid UDT forklift operator licence
• Valid UDT stationary crane operator certificate (up to 3.5 tonnes)
• Valid GWO: manual handling, fire awareness, first aid
