Hours: 07:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday

First Call Contract Services is looking for a highly experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Altrincham site. This role is ideal for a strong, proactive leader who can ensure smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations
• Coordinate goods in/out, stock control, and order fulfilment
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety standards
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff
• Drive continuous improvements in workflow and efficiency

Requirements

• Proven track record within warehouse management
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of warehouse processes and H&S procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively
• A hands-on and proactive approach
