My client is seeking a confident and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of their warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities, including goods-in/goods-out, inventory control, health and safety compliance, and staff supervision.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Practical and hands-on, must know your way around tools and fixing things
- Have a proactive mindset
- Able to manage warehouse inventory
- Be organised, methodical, and solution focused
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with team members and external partners.
- Must be physically fit and happy with manual labour
- Be tech-savvy
