Warehouse Manager / Supervisor - Co. Mayo

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to oversee warehouse and fulfilment operations at our facility in Ballina, Co. Mayo.

This is a full-time, on-site position suited to someone who enjoys leading a team and improving warehouse processes in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Manager / Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate stock management, and maintaining a safe and well organised working environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, logistics, and dispatch
  • Lead, train and support the warehouse team
  • Maintain strong inventory control, stock accuracy and safety standards
  • Oversee order fulfilment for wholesale, retail and direct to consumer orders
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and operational workflows
  • Use ERP, e commerce and inventory systems to manage data and improve processes
  • Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfilment rate and lead times
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
Experience Required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing, logistics or operations
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced production, FMCG, e commerce or manufacturing environment
  • Competency with digital systems including ERP and inventory tools

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Desirable Experience
  • Knowledge of ISO, GMP or regulated environments (pharma, cosmetics, healthcare)
  • Experience with ERP system integration or automation projects
