The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. This position requires strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate the warehouse team, optimize inventory levels, and maintain organizational standards. As a Warehouse Manager, you will collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and sales departments to ensure seamless coordination of supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies
• Implement and optimize warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues to minimize downtime
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations within warehouse environments
• Ability to analyse data and generate reports to improve operations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
