From our international logistics center in Tilburg, we are responsible for deliveries to all 19 Dutch stores, e-commerce platforms and online orders for customers from the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Germany & Ireland. We are looking for a sporty warrior to manage our orders completely tightly. Join team Decathlon! Our dedicated logistics team consists of 300 teammates (420 in high season) and we are looking for even more team players. Each different department works with its own processes such as order picking, packing or returns processing. Please include this in your application! You work together with the team in a specific department. You take your own responsibilities and, together with your team, carry out all operational processes properly, efficiently and safely with your team. In addition to your daily work, you continue to develop into roles such as 'captain' or 'trainer'. As a captain you provide daily guidance and as a trainer you train the team in certain processes, safety and development. We are searching for candidates who already have some experience in logistics for the role of Logistics Employee. Every month you discuss your goals with your manager. You were born for the world of sports, dare to be yourself and are proactive. You are flexible in working hours and available 32-38 hours per week (including one weekend day). You are available in 3 shifts: morning (7:30-15:30) and afternoon/evening (15:30-23:30) and night shift (23.You have an excellent command of the English language and have a valid Dutch passport/visa/work permit.
