We're hiring a Warehouse General Operative to join our busy team in Ballina. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity in a stable and growing business.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Ensure orders are fulfilled to meet agreed service levels

• Replenish stock and assist with inventory control

• Assist with goods-in processes and warehouse deliveries

• Prepare goods for dispatch via couriers and transport companies

• Include correct paperwork with all outbound deliveries

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse

• Participate in regular stock counts and cycle counts

• Drive company vehicles and operate machinery (where licensed)

• Support the dispatch of materials for events (e.g. training, trade shows)

• Provide backup support to other warehouse staff as needed

• Assist in training new team members when required

• Carry out additional duties as directed by your team or Warehouse Manager

• Be flexible with tasks and work hours as needed

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus

• Valid driving licence and/or forklift certification (where applicable)

• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused

• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
