About the role:

As a Depot Administrator at InPost , you will be an essential part of ensuring efficient office operations and supporting the wider team. Your role will involve maintaining and updating accurate records and files, preparing reports, presentations, and important documents to support business activities. You will manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that the team has everything needed to work effectively.

Location:

Inpost Unit D Kings Drive, Kingmoor Park South, Carlisle, CA6 4RD

Shift Pattern:

MONDAY - FRIDAY

Hours:

08.00am - 16.30pm - 40hrs per week

Salary: £12.71p/h What you'll be doing:
  • Efficiently maintaining and updating records and files to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Crafting detailed reports, dynamic presentations, and professional documents that drive informed decisions
  • Managing office supplies and inventory to support smooth daily operations
  • Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams and departments to enhance workflow and communication
  • Overseeing time and attendance tracking to optimize productivity and accountability
  • Promoting health and safety standards to ensure a secure and well-managed work environment

  • Excellent communication and writing abilities for preparing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Attention to detail in managing office supplies and inventory efficiently

  • Reliability in managing time and attendance systems with accuracy
