Warehouse Crew Events in Amsterdam

In this role, you drive the operational success of major events across the Netherlands from a central facility in Amsterdam. Your shift involves sorting incoming inventory, verifying outgoing loads, and coordinating with surrounding production departments to keep operations moving. You prepare heavy-duty transport carts for the dispatch bay and make sure every order meets exact specifications. Depending on peak event schedules, you work a varied timetable of morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Picking and assembling specialized event gear for outgoing shipments
• Inspecting picked inventory for complete accuracy before dispatch
• Communicating continuously with team members across different production zones
• Staging transport units and securing loads for the expedition department
• Receiving, unloading, and registering incoming event returns
• Supporting technical cleaning or dishwashing activities when requested
• Keeping the central warehouse floor organized, accessible, and safe

We are looking for

• Previous work experience in logistics or hospitality
• Strong proficiency in the English language
• Dependable mindset and high personal responsibility
• Availability to work morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts
