Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to ensure a consistent and efficient Warehouse Operation. The post holder will be responsible for coordinating fulfilment, inbound, outbound, and internal inventory control activities to support the productivity of the warehouse team.
This is a full-time role based at our Warehouse in Crawley, worked Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities- Ensuring business priorities are cascaded to relevant warehouse teams by maintaining good communication with Warehouse Team Leads, Customer Service & Supply Chain.
- Supporting the Warehouse Team Leader to action priorities, maintain stock control, order fulfilment and reporting activities, supporting productivity of the teams' day to day operation.
- To assist the warehouse to deliver requirements of the business through strong coordination.
- Support complaints management, investigation, resolution and corrective actions promptly.
- Accurate coordination and processing of inventory related activities including returns, inventory discrepancies, stock checks and system corrections to ensure ERP system accurately reflects correct stock data.
- Actively contribute to produce high productivity levels from team, and report on agreed KPIs.
- Participate in warehouse alignment meetings to support planning and coordination of business objectives.
- To complete all data entries accurately and fully onto relevant records in line with QMS guidelines.
- Display good planning, organisational and reporting skills.
- Strong people skills and relationship builder.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills, able to present information clearly and concisely.
- Flexible 'can-do' attitude needed to thrive in a rapidly growing and changing company.
- Time management skills with the ability to coordinate day-to-day priorities, action critical tasks in time and keep to deadlines.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work on own initiative.
- Support team with a hands approach, motivating and training team members.
- Good critical thinking skills, investigating root cause, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
- PC literate and familiar with both word and spreadsheet packages.
- Experience effectively communicating and coordinating tasks within a team.
- Previous experience of working as part of warehouse / operations team.
- Experience of using ERP / WMS systems.
- Experience working in an environment with inventory traceability at a serial or lot level.
