Apply today!# Job Details Job Title: Warehouse Cleaner Location: Swansea Service Centre Work Pattern: 20 hours per week, 14:00-18:00, Monday to Friday Summary of Role This role supports Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe through our Alliance Healthcare business. You will be responsible for completing all warehouse cleaning activities in line with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards and the agreed cleaning schedule, helping maintain a clean, safe and compliant working environment. Responsibilities Carry out all cleaning tasks in line with the warehouse cleaning schedule Ensure cleaning stations are fully stocked with clean mops and water Empty compactors safely in line with manufacturer guidelines Clean compactor areas at the end of each shift Remove and return cardboard cages to designated warehouse locations Report any missed cleaning tasks or issues to the Duty Manager Ensure cleaning schedules are completed and signed off at the end of each shift Follow all Health and Safety requirements and report any equipment faults promptly Skills and Knowledge Understanding of basic cleaning procedures within a warehouse or industrial environment Knowledge of safe use and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Awareness of Health and Safety practices, including manual handling and hazard reporting Ability to work to schedules and complete tasks within set timeframes Good attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physically capable of carrying out manual cleaning duties Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Desirable Previous experience in a warehouse or industrial cleaning role Basic understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or similar regulated environments Benefits Contributory Pension Scheme Perks at Work with discounts on top brands Employee Assistance Programme
