Based near Winchester

£12.90-£13.03 per hour (£13.03 with forklift licence)

Monday-Friday, 12pm to 8:30pm Full Time

Are you reliable, organised, and ready for a hands on role in a busy warehouse environment? We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Operative to join my clients friendly team, supporting both our warehouse and freezer operations. You'll play an essential part in keeping things running smoothly, from receiving and storing products to preparing orders for delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Follow warehouse and freezer procedures to maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and collections.
• Complete all goods receipting and dispatch documentation accurately.
• Maintain stock rotation and carry out bulk packing when required.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders ready for delivery.
• Keep the warehouse organised and clean in line with schedules.
• Support the logistics team with driving duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Driving licence preferred; forklift licence desirable but not essential (enhanced pay rate available).
