Warehouse & Fulfilment Supervisor

Owing to continued growth and expansion we are looking for a highly efficient and experienced Warehouse & Fulfilment Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a proven track record in warehouse and logistics management.

Whether it's optimizing layout, reducing turnaround times, or improving stock accuracy, you're always a step ahead. You're tech-savvy enough to work with warehouse systems and data but practical enough to roll up your sleeves and get involved when needed.

Job Role:

• Manage daily operations of the warehouse and logistics, including inventory control, order fulfilment, shipping, and receiving
• Monitoring Production lines are up to date for shipment dates
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock takes/audits
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service departments to optimize supply chain efficiency
• Manage the maintenance and organisation of warehouse equipment and facilities
• Implementing Structure
• Analyse performance data to identify productivity gaps and develop corrective actions.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods and resolve any delivery issues
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools to track KPIs and improve workflow

Expectations:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse or Fulfilment Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic IT tools (e.g., Excel, WMS software).
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g. forklift license, logistics management courses).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Office based - Brussels
