Warehouse Administrator

Overview

We are hiring an Administrator to support our warehouse operations at the Tamworth, UK site. This role involves planning, scheduling, data entry, and documentation across inbound and outbound freight.

Site: Tamworth, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling and communication of work within the warehouse.
• Verifying the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documentation.
• Coordinating documentation for incoming freight.
• Monitoring and tracking incoming containers.
• Assisting the Customer Service and Yard Operations teams with data entry.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Previous experience with a WMS is highly desirable.

Desired Skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to take ownership of the role and remain calm under pressure.
