Warehouse Administrator

What You Will Do

This is a site-based Warehouse Administrator role located in Letchworth, supporting daily warehouse and supply chain operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate coordination of stock, documentation, and system updates, enabling the smooth movement of goods and effective service delivery across the business.

How You Will Do It
  • Coordinate and administer warehouse and supply chain activities outside the manufacturing environment
  • Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records using internal systems
  • Process goods-in, goods-out, and stock movements in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support communication between warehouse teams, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and our Zero Harm policy
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We Are Looking For
  • A relevant 2-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain administration role
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Confident use of warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
