What You'll Need
  • RMN registration and valid UK NMC Pin - essential
  • Senior leadership experience within CAMHS or child/adolescent mental health services
  • Proven ability to lead a clinical team, manage complex care needs, and maintain compliance with CQC standards
  • Passion for training, mentoring, and developing staff
What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the CAMHS ward.
  • Support, mentor, and develop the clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Oversee clinical documentation, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Champion best practice in child and adolescent mental health nursing.
