Job Description

We are recruiting for a skilled Supervisor to support the management team. The successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage customer service quality are maintained. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is 'to make every day feel like a holiday'.

Hours:

Likely to be 35 hours per week

Salary:

£14.35 per hour

Role overview
  • Ensure the accuracy of the bar floats
  • To dispense and serve food and drinks as required
  • Ensure excellent front of house service, allocating and supporting team members for efficiency
  • Opening and locking up, ensuring closure at the correct times and end of day tasks are complete and documented
  • Motivate the team to upsell products, packages and events
  • To address any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor within the hospitality / entertainment / food and beverage industry.
  • Tech confident and able to assist with online bookings and game setup/ malfunctions. Additional training will be provided.
  • Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Be aged 18 or over in order to sell alcohol
